H.E. Meles Zenawi, Chairperson of the APR Forum, has appointed Professor Mohammed Séghir Babès as the new Chairperson of the APR Panel of Eminent Persons with immediate effect.
Following the resignation of Panel Member and Chairperson Professor Adebayo Adedeji, in conformity with the APRM Base Document, the APR Panel of Eminent Persons unanimously elected Professor Mohammed Séghir Babès as the new Chairperson of the APR Panel of Eminent Persons and Maitre Domitila Mukantaganzwa as the Vice Chair.
